Old Market Square

The Old Market Square was formed in 13th century  and is now a very popular place among tourists as well as residents of Poznań.

The main monuments of The Old Market square are Town Hall  with its famous goats, the sculpture of Bamberger woman, Town Scale, city Garrison  and Gorków Palace.

The Old Market Square is the third largest market in Poland and  one of the largest in Europe. It is also  considered to be  one of the most beautiful in the country.

The Old Market Square beyond the monuments offers numerous restaurants , clubs and other occasional entertainment such as  street fairs, concerts, performances, dance shows with torches and other happenings.
